Overseas Sales

Shenzhen Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Follow up all enquiries from overseas agents and improve enquiry volume and conversion.
  • Reply to overseas agents, track each shipment, and provide timely progress updates.
  • Update booking information and arrange suitable sailings based on cargo readiness.
  • Coordinate with the commercial team, monitor market changes, and provide weekly rate updates.
  • Prepare weekly shipment-volume plans and monthly volume analysis reports.
  • Assist finance with disputed invoices involving agents or domestic customers.
  • Support the department manager in preparing and delivering annual budgets.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and customers.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English for clear communication with overseas agents.
  • Relevant freight forwarding experience.
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  • Resilience under pressure and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Results-oriented sales thinking, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Documentation Clerk

Shenzhen Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Release space and issue SO details and container barcodes according to the actual sailing schedule.
  • Submit pre-arrival data and VGM, check terminal release, and monitor customs and terminal release for each shipment.
  • Confirm bills of lading and related documents with the shipper or agent.
  • Update vessel departure status, prepare files, and confirm that each shipment is loaded.
  • Enter charges, issue invoices, and record accounts receivable and payable in the system.
  • Send documents to agents and arrange cargo release after payment.
  • Complete month-end file locking and adjust USD charges according to route requirements.

Requirements

  • CET-6 or above with strong written English.
  • Good communication skills, patience, and close attention to detail.
  • Positive personality, self-review capability, and resilience under pressure.
  • Proficiency with standard office software.

Customer Service

Shenzhen Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Contact factories, collect shipping instructions and business licences, and create customer records.
  • Enter orders, submit bookings, and support booking review.
  • Confirm free-container time and loading schedules at the port of origin.
  • Handle exceptions during factory dispatch and provide timely feedback to overseas parties.
  • Coordinate LCL documentation and customs declaration and confirm warehouse data with factories.
  • Monitor port cut-off status and customs release.
  • Follow up domestic and overseas payments and resolve charge disputes.
  • Track customs clearance and delivery for door-to-door shipments.

Requirements

  • College diploma or above in Business English, International Trade, Logistics Management, or a related field.
  • CET-4 or above with strong written English and the ability to handle English email independently.
  • At least one year of customer service or operations experience in international freight forwarding.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.

Operations

Shenzhen Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Support sales and pricing colleagues, follow customer orders, and arrange bookings promptly.
  • Update shipment status in the system and handle operational exceptions promptly.
  • Release space and issue SO details and container barcodes according to the actual sailing schedule.
  • Arrange loading times for customers using our trucking and customs services.
  • Plan warehouse receiving and issue warehouse entry instructions promptly.
  • Organise customs documents and submit them to the customs broker for early review.
  • Complete assigned operational work accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Basic freight forwarding knowledge and familiarity with standard export workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of ocean export operations and the ability to manage bookings independently.
  • Strong written English and the ability to reply to customer emails independently.
  • Good communication skills, a positive attitude, self-review capability, and resilience under pressure.
  • Proficiency with standard office software.
